30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intent to return the item.
- Provide us with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Wait for our customer support team to provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Damaged or Defective Items
